About ESET HOME Security
ESET has a loyal following among people who actually like configuring their security, and it earns that loyalty with detailed device control, a proper firewall, strong anti-phishing, and one of the smallest performance footprints in the market. The Slovak company also skips the worst industry habit. Its renewal prices stay close to the first-year price. The interface is more technical than the big consumer brands, which we count as a feature, not a bug.

ESET does not publish a renewal price: the pages we read say the subscription renews at the price in force at that time, without an amount. Auto-renewal can be switched off in your ESET account; the vendor’s own instructions are on its support page.
