You have seen the ads for a low first-year price. The software is real and reasonably good, with system-cleanup extras and a usable interface aimed at beginners. The honest picture is the pricing: the first-year and renewal figures in the pricing block below are read on the vendor page with a date, and the cancellation flow is more work than it should be. If you buy it, disable auto-renewal the same day. At its renewal price, Bitdefender and Norton are simply better products.

What TotalAV costs after the first year
TotalAV costs €99 for the first year and €99 a year from the second year on the TotalAV Plus (4 devices) plan, so the price does not change at renewal. Both amounts were printed on totalav.com when we read the page on September 8, 2026. Auto-renewal can be switched off in your TotalAV account; the vendor’s own instructions are on its support page.
